Floral decoration
The amazing floral decoration was designed by our colleagues of Virginia Florista, that managed to give fragrance and ideal colours for this occasion. The centre pieces were specially attractive for their height, colour and detail.

Gastronomy
Maybe, the aspect most known of a catering at home: the gastronomy.
In this birthday party in Marbella, the client, after the appetizers, a station of salads in transparency, with Russian Imperial salad with tuna and grisini, crabs and chatka with wakame and avocado salad. The presentation, in recipients of crystal and natural wraps from the product, is always a special touch in the celebration.

The set up of the gourmet station with the following plates:
– Cherry with foie gras with eatable sand, mango sphere and reduction of wild fruits.
– Real Chatka with coriander and shrimp and salmon caviar.

The plates, making a circle around the table, caused a great impression between the guests. The floral decoration was the final touch.
Desserts
To finish, the guests could enjoy a buffet of desserts, from our catering at home and at weddings and events.
Semi cold chocolate and pistachio ice creams, french pastry, crunchy lolly pops and presented in various golden glasses decorated with flowers… Everything under our surprise tree, that had sweet and fruit details hanging.
