Amongst all the options of cold appetizers to celebrate your party, one of them stood out in the event we celebrated at Marbella last summer: the liquid olives station. 

The party, organized at an exclusive residence near Marbella, offered different spaces introducing surprising set-ups for all the guests. The olive tree was precisely the protagonist of one of them and what better than highlighting its gastronomic power in the South of Spain.

The olive is the fruit that offers the olive tree and that in Extremadura and Andalusia is very frequent as an appetizer. It gives various benefits to those who consume them. And, of course, grounded they become the liquid gold of our land: the olive oil.

We wanted to emphasize the gastronomic variety that this product gives us. For this reason, different crystal recipients with olive oil in the inside were hanged from the olive tree.

At the table that was used to receive the guests, two different kind of tasting olives were found: natural and liquid, a specialty elaborated by our team.

The liquid olives are made filled with anchovies and red pepper and they are an explosion of flavour for the guests. A great surprise for the taste that makes it one of the key appetizers at our events.
