Once seated at the table, starts the dance of flavours. Our experience tells us that what is most difficult is to choose which one to pick, but in that we also help each person at the tasting with a brief dossier in which each appetizer, main dish or dessert is explained with columns destined for the scoring. This always helps you remember everything that is tasted for we are speaking, in many occasions, of more than 20 plates shown!
