Tomato with basil and green apple jelly, beetroot textures, mini artichoke hearts, crusty pita bread with pesto, flower sprout and tartar sauce with nuts.

PHOENIX
‘Riotinto’ loin, crusty violet potatoe purée.

GREEN RISOTTO WITH MICRO METEORITE (vegan)
Green risotto with boletus and parmesan.

VOLAMS STATION (PASTA)
Ravioli filled with cottage cheese, mushroom and truffle powder with boletus sauce.

CAELUM STATION (SEA BASS)
Crystallized sea bass, fresh vegetables, liquorice, ruibarboy sauce nitrogen popcorn.

Desserts and drinks

To finish, the menu incorporated our special buffet of desserts, the complete version, and differtent types of drinks and beverages.

To be specific, the Astra Galactic Cocktail, the beverage we personalized for the ocassion. It had vodka, raspberry juice, black pepper, formiato de etilo and ice. The result was this:
