WITH HOW MUCH TIME IS IT ADVISED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

Our recommendation is to make the reservation 9 months prior to the event. Nevertheless, we adapt efficiently in situations with less time.

WHEN IS THE PAYMENT FOR THE CONTRACTED SERVICES DONE?

Once you have decided to count with Goyo Catering, and in order to guarantee the availability for the programmed day, a deposit of 2.000 € is done to establish the reservation.

When the menu is closed, after tasting day, a final price is made together with the contract. At this time, 30% of the cost of the banquet is paid. Remaining 15 days till the event another 50% of the payment is done. The other 20%, plus the extras if needed, is paid 48 hours after the celebration.

May I change the menu or idea after the tasting session?

Of course. Tasting is a way of recognizing if the election is right in quantity, taste, combination, presentation, etc. In case of not being satisfied, it is the moment for modifications in order to reach the desired menu.

If I already have the place for the celebration, may I still count with Goyo Catering?

This is right. Regardless of our exclusive spaces, we take our services wherever they are required. Our commercials agents will visit the proposed place and will inform of the aspects that are best for the service and clients.

Is it possible to celebrate an event anywhere?

Yes, everything is possible. Only for special situations will be necessary to analyse cost, difficulties of the area and infrastructure. Goyo Catering will visit the place and inform of the different choices.

Is there a minimum of guests needed to contract Goyo Catering?

No, our budgets can be adapted to the solicited guests.

Yes. Goyo Catering has a series of collaborators that work with us usually and count with all our confidence. Together we will understand your needs and adapt our budget.
