Last Thursday, 24th of July, the spanish TV program “España Directo” visited one of our shops in Marbella: Goyo Full Taste Banus (Puerto Banus). Our chefs Antonio Fernandez and Maria Torres represented Goyo Catering’s team and they elaborated some of appetizers and main plates.

The first plate elaborated live by our Chef Maria Torres accompanied by the reporter Xoan Leiro, was an appetizer of tuna fish served with chinese noodles marinated with soya and chile sauce by pineapple and a mango sphere.

After that one of our most special appetizers was elaborated: Foie Tomatoes.

After the appetizers and cocktails presented, our Chef Antonio Fernandez cooked two of our plates that can be served at events. First, “Mar Bella” whose elementary ingredient is red mullet. Lastly, Mille Feuille of Suckling Lamb Shoulder.

It was an unforgettable day for Group Goyo, especially for our team from Goyo Full Taste Banus and the cooking team of Goyo Catering. Special mention to our pastry team that also prepared a special Desserts’ Buffet and our thanks to Virginia Florista who prepared the floral decoration for the ocassion.
