This month of May we had the opportunity of setting up and serving different events. One of them was a birthday at Marbella which was specially moving for its illumination and scenery, with sweets and flowers.

At the Los Monteros hotel in Marbella, together with Virginia Florista and all her team, we set up a birthday with a tree of sweets and flowers as protagonist.

In a space enabled for the occasion, dim lights, pendant lamps, cloths and white decoration a birthday party was celebrated with a tree that had chocolate delights and floral decoration that hanged from each branch.

The guests enjoyed a variety of sweet delights around the tree. Many of them were personalized for the occasion in light blue like for example Lollipop of Praliné with white chocolate, almond crunch, the cupcakes of chocolate and raspberry and the selection of mini Ecleirs (pistachio, raspberry, chocolate).

For those that love sweets but liked to try different textures we offered a cascade of tropical fruit and varied fruit in different crystal recipients.

This is how the final set up looked in the previous moments to the reception of all the guests at the Los Monteros hotel in Marbella.

As you may see, by the sweets we have mentioned previously, a wide variety was presented during the birthday. From caramelized millefeuilles to mojito sorbets or our semi cold ice-creams of pistachio, mango or chocolate.
