Diego Jiménez (Pastry Chef)

He started as a pastry cook in 1971. Since 1981, he works in the business group of Goyo, being pastry chef since 1987.

Two are the main motivations of Diego as the chief of pastry: quality, in the raw products and the final product, and desire for improvement. He maintains team meetings very often where the latest tendencies are discussed to obtain the best results and the maximum personalization in the pastries.
