A few months ago we presented you the liquid olives, one of the cold appetizers that you can choose from our gastronomic offer. In this occasion we would like to present one of our most liked products by our clients: Foie Tomatoes.

Foie Tomatoes are one of the stellar appetizers at the weddings and events our clients celebrate. The presentation, over a crystal inverted ‘bulb’, in red, manages to gain the attention of the guests.

The preparation requires plenty of anticipation as each of the layers that make this delicious appetizer has to be defined. Foie Gras Tomatoes are presented covered with Apple Gelatin, in other words, covered by a soft and delicate jelly that hides an unexpected apple fragrance. The red color gains the attention and then it surprises with its taste and texture.
